Cooker Problem
Everyone has a new problem every day. And today my new problem is .. err.. my cooker. Its an Indian-make pressure cooker that has tried to meddle with me by not cooking the rice within. It has a provision to let the steam out by means of a nozzle and a safety valve. This nozzle is usually covered by a weight device that wont let the pressure out until and unless it is sufficiently high to push up the weight.
The safety valve is present only to prevent the steam to build up within the cooker to unacceptable levels, and ensure the cooker is in proper state. But, this little fucker had his own thoughts today. And, believe it or not, its a brand new cooker that I have bought to learn cooking. Its safety valve pin does not get shut at all, thereby preventing the pressure which is to be contained within.

The Jamaican Spearhead
Everyone would have wondered who would win the 100 m dash at the Beijing Olympics 08, as there was a tight competition going on between Usain Bolt, Asafa Powell from Jamaica and the US runner Tyson Gay. No matter what, these three men of African-origin wanted to show their prowess continually.
It is USA's tradition to keep up the glory right from Jesse Owens to Maurice Greene and now with Gay, but unfortunately he could even make it to the grand finale. Now only one man from US was in the line-up and even he was not the best of the favorites. The competition is now between the Jamaican speedsters.
What happened at the finishing moments was something unexpected. The race ended much ahead of the 10 sec timing. Wow, an event that doesnt even last for 10 seconds. Hmmm, the record holder Usain Bolt overtook his own previous track record of 9.72 by the amazing sprint time of 9.68 sec. Who knows, he might have finished much before that time, if he hadn't looked behind at the losing crowd of competitors who were left in dust by this Jamaican Spearhead~~~>

Back From hyderabad
It was an eventful week at Hyderabad, and I have learned as much as possible, that is not only required for financial uplift of any person, but also moral development that will help him out in the long run.
My visits to the Chilkoor temple and to some places of visit were eventful and I had a great opportunity to spend quality time with my mom and bro who are staying there (for more than a year) and I have missed them so much. Now that I have other prospects ahead of me, this might be my last trip to Hyderabad for quite an amount of time, unless if everything sets up for another visit to that city.
I had my last dinner in Hyderabad at Eat Street with my bro, and to be honest, both of us didnt like the food at all, which was too cold at that time (8pm mind it!!!) and we had the taste of caffeine at the local Coffee Day there. My visits to the Chilkoor temple and to some places of visit were eventful and I had a great opportunity to spend quality time with my mom and bro who are staying there (for more than a year) and I have missed them so much. Now that I have other prospects ahead of me, this might be my last trip to Hyderabad for quite an amount of time, unless if everything sets up for another visit to that city.
I had my last dinner in Hyderabad at Eat Street with my bro, and to be honest, both of us didnt like the food at all, which was too cold at that time (8pm mind it!!!) and we had the taste of caffeine at the local Coffee Day there. Although I spent a lot there, the money wasnt worth the food, but I find it worthwhile because I was spending time with my bro.

Today I am finally making my move to Hyderabad, I guess for the last time as far as I know in the near future, because in some months, my mom and bro are planning to come home from there. At last, one of my status messages in GTALK got proven and most of my friends (rather I should say all of my friends) are abroad now, and I was talkin to bukk in order to get to know about the status of my friend bullu who has to go to (and is by now) at USF. Night out at Warft
This is yet another day I am staying back at WARFT for finishing off my work behind before leaving for higher studies. Thanks to Balaji who is kind enough to help me code ONNET, which is one of the toughest challenges faced by us(the entire high performance community) who are behind the development of the most advanced concept in Node Architecture.
Our work is shortly going to begin (I hope so) after installing Ubuntu in my PC. Previously for Dhi Yantra 08, we already installed tat OS in my system just for running the high end graphics utility for graph generation and visualization called UbiGraph. This was working out exceptionally well and we generated random graphs and especially Aravind's wonderful code for Core Formation.. Imagine 50 cores and 1024 units, as you might have expected only cores upto 4 (quad core) which is way too behind our concepts.
Will post more tomorrow if it works out fine.... Check back again...

The scenes which were taken in India reflected an ancient India that hasn't developed a bit(more like 1800s India) but I liked the way Mallika Sherawat presented herself ( or I think over-presented) in front of the Hollywood fans. Anyhow I liked the movie, and watched it again in Star Movies today which was a nice time-pass again..

In a freaky accident about two days back, the veteran actor Morgan Freeman was seriously injured and taken to hospital. The car accident occurred near his home in Mississippi when his car overturned a dozen times and stopped on to a crashing halt. If not all, some of them can be listed downline, Dasavatharam, Prince Caspian, Speed Racer, Ocean's 13, and recently Kuselan. Because of their hard work its not just first day first show, but also first row. Yeah its a great feeling to watch the movie Dasa so close (first row) before half of the Chennai wakes up and tell the tale!!
